Comments: Most of staff was good, but the girl that was at the desk when we checked in appeared to be in some sort of trance-very unfriendly and unhelpful. Worst part of Upper Cross was getting there. Street signs in Dublin are very poor anyway, but directions on website are horrible. Took us 1 1/2 hours tp find it-once we were in Dublin- and we found it by accident.

Comments: I thought this place was excellent. Fantastic breakfast, helpful staff, very nicely decorated and comfortable bedroom with plenty of extras. Food in restaurant excellent and very reasonably priced. Walking distance into city centre and plenty of buses too. Would definately consider staying there again and would highly recommend it.

Comments: They did not receive my booking via the internet, so I had to have a very small room with a shared bathroom, which is not very nice.

Comments: An excellent hotel, nothing to complain about regarding the hotel itself. Staff vey friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and nice with the pub/restaurant next door. Immaculately clean. The only thing not so good is the location, walking to city centre is a good 30 - 40 minutes.

Comments: The lasercards / swipe cards to the room hardly worked. We had to change cards once, the first cards we got we have to try 6-7 times before we got the door to light green and open. Annoying.

Comments: It was a nice, average hotel. It's not that close to the city center, by the way. Everyone was very nice, and the room was clean, but the facilities were a little shabby around the edges.

Comments: The Uppercross house hotel is in a good location to travel by foot or at night by taxi to the city center. It is in close proxmity to many bars and niteclubs, shops and museums. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are nice with a really good shower.
