| Comments: Very nice hotel, right in the city centre and close to everything! If you want a good accomodation at a very good price don't miss this hotel.
P.S. it's true, the door of the bathroom is quite weird... but not so bad as some comments say! |

| Comments: Main staff person that we interacted with was quite rude and unhelpful. Our room's air conditioner was not working properly and part of the shower was broken.
Not the best neighborhood either - a couple blocks from the prostitute strip. Enjoyed our stay in the Atocha area much more. |

| Comments: The staff is friendly and helpful. They have free internet in the lobby for their guests and the rooms are stylish and clean. The "Superior Room" is a bit more expensive but is fantastic. It's a very large room with a cool decore. There's windows half way around the room that look our on Gran Via - a super lively street with tons of shopping. |

| Comments: PERFECT. The best place we stayed during our visit to Europe. Extremelly centrally located, just of Gran Via (which is the main Street in Madrid). However the hotel is located in a small and quiet street. The rooms are modern and clean. It is quite cheap for all it offer, specially the location. We pretty much didnt use the city transportation for anything, so we ended up loosing the money we spent on it. DEFINITELLY recomend it. |

| Comments: Really enjoyed the stay. The location is excellent (approx 5 mins from Gran Via and Puerta del Sol) and the rooms are clean, well equipped, and comfortable.
Check out is 12:00 which is really good if you have a late-ish night!!!
Definitely have the breakfast!!! The buffet was excellent with a large selection and delicious orange juice! Definitely worth paying extra for!!!
Will stay here again when I visit Madrid next. |

| Comments: Some communication problems. We booked for three nights and get the room only for two nights. Third night we spend in an other more expensive hotel and have to pay the whole praise. |

| Comments: there is a lot of noise in the corridors. Staying in rooms opposite the lift is not good because other guests are very noisy when there leave the lift
Perhaps reception staff could warn guests to be quiet when they return to hotel late at night and a sign could be put up in the lift. We were woken up every night. |

| Comments: Great location its in the middle of the city centre 1min walking distance from Porto Del Sol. Room very nice and clean. The only thing that was a question mark was the receptionist. When we called the hotel from airport she answered in Spanish and hung up phone and when we arrived at the hotel she spoke English. Besides that incident can recomend hotel because of the location near to everything. |

| Comments: The hotel isn't bad, but the staff were unhelpful. They lost our reservation and had to give us a room with 1 bed instead of the 2 that we reserved there is only 1 computer which is always in use, but the location is unbeatable. |

| Comments: The High Tech Gran Avenida is in an excellent location off of the Gran Avia in Madrid. You are close to a metro stop, but it is unncessary because you can virtually walk everywhere. The only negative side to the experience was that there is only one computer in the lobby to use and it is typically in use by another vacationer. |

| Comments: The hotel is really nice and modern with an excellent, excellent shower in the room. The location is wonderful, right on Gran via and next to all the good shopping. However, the staff is less than friendly and were very rude when I was checking out. Even though my friends and I used our phone cards we were still charged per minute everytime we used the phone ending up in a bill of over 70 euros--not happy about that at all! When we tried to ask why they were extremely rude and wouldn't help us at all. I also believe I was charged the full amount of the room even though I put down a deposit online. |
