The Apartment Simpatia Stazione Termini is situated in the heart of Rome, only 5 minutes on foot from the Termini Railway Station, Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore church. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING 1) FLAT GROUND FLOOR (FOR 5 PEOPLE ), EXTRA BED IS POSSIBLE The flat is on the ground floor with an independent entrance outside the building: it has 3 rooms which can be reserved in 3 ways: a) If you book for 4 or 5 people, you will have two rooms which are connected to each other, one room has 2 double beds and the another has a bunk bed. There are also cooking facilities and one bathroom. All rooms have a fridge (with available drinks) and a TV. b) If you book for two people ( you will have one room with a double bed matrimonial + private bathroom , in this room is possible 1 extra bed, plus and cooking facilities. All rooms have fridge (with available drinks )and a TV. c) If you book for more than 6 people you can have the two rooms described above, in this case you will get the whole house which is one double room, one room with two double beds and the other one with a bunk bed, cooking facilities and two bathrooms. Ideally for a group of friends. Because of the characteristics of the accommodation it is advised to young tourists (it is possible to request an extra bed € 25,- ) 2) FLAT 1° FLOOR The flat is on the 1 floor, which is composed of 3 rooms with 1 bathroom and a kitchen. It is ideal for 5 persons. The flat can be reserved in 3 ways: a) For 4-5 people, you will have 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen; b) For 2 people you have a double room with a shared bathroom and a kitchen in common. c) triple room has a shared bathroom and a kitchen in common. The customers cannot choose between the 1° floor and the flat ground floor, this choice is up to the manager.
