Upon arrival my friend actually said \"have we come to the right place?\" ït was that nice! Proper hotel at a hostel price. Stayed for 2 nights and had not problems at all. 24 hour reception. The shower was amazing! I´ll definately keep the name of this place for next time I take a trip to the capital. HIGHLY recommended!

Xavier at the front desk was amazing. Probably the best service I've ever had. He was helpful and went above and beyond. The room was clean and had a balcony overlooking a park, the city of Madrid and a Spanish church. Much better than most 5 star hotels I've stayed at (with a 2 star price!)

The beds were worse than many of the hostels that I have stayed in and yet just four nights cost more than a week´s accomodation in a hostel and less facilities. The staff were very good and were helpful with the boundaries of language barriers.

The staff sent me a wake up call on time at 5am for my flight and had a taxi waiting at exactly 5:30 as I requested. The room was clean and basic. I reccomend this hotel and would stay there again.
