The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing!! There was internet in each room which was nice to use. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean. We would stay there again!

The bunk beds in the triple family room were very noisy to sleep on as they would creak very loudly whenever you would turnover when asleep. The friendliness on the staff was superb.

It is excellent for an overnight stay if you're travelling the next day, as I was. It is very close to the airport and they do a free airport pick up and drop off. The decor is extremely modern. Being late on xmas eve the airport pick up had ceased but that was ok as the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They took me to the airport on xmas day after a very nice stay at the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and free internet. Not a place to meet people, it is far away from everything, and its hard to find restaurants or stores cheaper than the hotel. they say its by the airport, but you need a shuttle to get there, and there is no public transport nearby.

We ended a month in Europe in this very nice hotel which was quiet, with a pool, very clean, and had easy access to the airport. It was everything we needed really, a relaxing end to a busy trip.

The pool was closed,sad for my son. The 'jaccuzi duch was brookend'. The people in reception have not a good service mind. So i'am sorry it was not a good hotel to stay with. But Madrid was nice!
