Comments: It's a little bit far away from the center Madrid, but it will be a good place to visit the area of Slamanca.

Comments: This place was not what we expected (in a bad way.)Rooms were not very clean. No A/C. They should really re-construct the HOUSE. It was in bad-conditions, for just a nice neighborhood. Bathrooms were okay/clean. Staff was nice.

Comments: For me, a perfect hostel in everysense. Not a crazy kids running around drunk type of hostel but a chilled relaxed cultured place. The hostel shoulnt actually be called a hostel because it is infact one massive house, quite cool. Great if you want to learn spanish, there are plenty of spanish students living there all year as they study in madrid, but speak to them and they are cool, ther“re quite young but they dont act it. The breakfast is very good, the computer is free most of the time, the location is good easy to find, and the room is nice fairly big and quite., and very clean. Go here if you can afford it, ciaooooo

Comments: I`ve just been there for one night between flights and it was really ok. Easy to reach by metro, excellent connection to the airport. I had a single room which was small and nice and clean though. You can prepare your own breakfast in the in the morning (milk, bread, eggs, tea, coffee, muesli, ... is free). The place is also very quiet. But the blanckets were thin, I was freezing. And the shower on my floor was dirty.(You never know your fellow housemates...)

Comments: Very nice and quiet. A bit expensive, but well worth it if you plan to stay for a while to study and want a quieter atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend it!

Comments: The attention is very good, the situation (place) is very excellent. The breakfeast is not good for one who stay a long time there, so boring. It needs a variation. Sometimes I would like a yogurt with frut, but no frut ready for yogurt. etc. Make more selected items on the breakfeast!

Comments: Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. Not good for meeting people. Minimal breakfast. No serious problems and I wouldn't mind staying there again. Staff speak only a little English, so be prepared to use Spanish. If you want a quiet place and a reasonably priced single room. it's good.

Comments: The staff and owner were very nice to us. Judging by the previous comments it may have helped that we speak decent Spanish though. The owner and her husband even came to pick us up in their car after we got lost and called for directions multiple times! The place was very clean and homey. it definitely doesn't seem like a place you would want to go to if you wanted a party but is great if you want a private and quiet place where you can rest.

Comments: Clean. Ordinary. Not the closest to tourist areas or the beach but close to the metro so it isnt so bad. Staff were nice - offered a really nice breakfast and were friendly.

Comments: It is a very good option for those going to Spain on a budget. However, the location is a bit far from all of the action. If you go out at night, you will need to take a taxi back to the hostel. The staff are very nice though and it's a reasonable price.

Comments: A little of the beaten path, but it was okay. Very quiet and peaceful!!! The only thing I did not like was NOT having a working internet. Please get it fixed! It was vital I use it and thought they had one per this website.

Comments: The Residencia La Luna was nice, although it was definitely off the beaten path. The staff literally only speaks Spanish, but they are all very nice. The room was clean, and I was on the bottom floor, so we didn't really have to share our bathroom with anyway. Nice if you want a quiet place to relax for a few days.

| Comments: The hostel is located in a very good place.
There is no towel in the room, it is necessary to have it with youself
Very poor breakfast
The beds in the room are in two levels.
Unfriendly owners of the hostel.
In general, low quality of the hostal do not correspond to relatively high price. |

Comments: This residence was a very cozy place to stay. It is a home environment not a typical hostel stay. The residents are quite young. It was very clean and was well maintained. Lovely environment and surroundings. The only not so excellent part of the stay was that the residence is not located very near to the main tourist areas.

Comments: You need CASH money for paying accommodation. Nobody from the staff (except Mercedes - she acknowledges you the booking by e-mail) speaks English. But almost all guests speak English and some of them speak Spanish so they help translate. Pleasant atmosphere. Very close to TV tower. Near (100 m) to the underground (metro O'Donnell ) - easy to get to the airport (O'Donnell-6-Nuevos Ministerios-8-Aeropuerto) and all interesting places.
