The equipment like hair driers and internet access key are not available in the room if not seperately asked. If you cme with your car, you have to ask for the special discount "card" of the autopark. Otherwise they make you to pay the regular fee of 30€, rather than 15€ per day, even though you say them that you want to use the otopark facility of the hotel.

And lately I have had to cancel my booking at Napoleon Hostel, Moscow. I phoned them to alter my 'private double room' dates only to discover that they do not have such a room. The entrance is somewhat sketchy, but there are lights when you find them. No A/C if there is a heat wave, but they give you a fan. The bathroom was big and great. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is a quiet hotel not really a party hotel, but there are bars up and down the street and it is in the middle of the shopping district. Easy walk from the Westbahnhof (West Wein Train station). I highly recommend the hotel. Easy walk to all attractions of Vienna.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was nice also. The location is perfect if you want to go shopping and is very close to the main tourist sights.
