Comments: We upgraded our apartment when we got there. It was a nice spacious apartment. The WIFI did not work and they were not overly helpful in coming up with a solution.

Comments: The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and had two terraces, which was great! The location is excellent as well, being right in the Puerta del Sol, so the whole center is within walking distance. It was also really easy to get there just taking the metro from Barajas. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comments: Building is currently under renovation and the interior is definitely plain. But we had a penthouse and rooftop overlooking Sol, plenty of space, adequate appliances, a real (very short-term) home in the center of Madrid.
