| Comments: this hotel is great! super friendly and clean, large rooms with tv and fan. the only thing is there is no in-room telephone, and the internet is actually 15-min free at an internet cafe that's like six blocks away. otherwise it's a great, cheap stay! |

| Comments: Nice hostel in Rome with a good price, no breakfast included but there's a bar where you can eat. There are some pubs nearby and the rooms are big and clean, specially the bathroom. |

| Comments: Liked the hotel, the mixed rooms didn't seem anything for us, so we got a private room. You can keep the keys and your in another building than where the reception is, so it feels like your own apartment in Rome...exept now it is beïng cleaned. Staff was good, the location is quit good to, no complains what so ever! |

| Comments: The address listed is NOT necessarily where you'll be staying. When I got there, they drove me 8 blocks away to what my travel book described as a slum. Then I went out exploring and realized that all my paperwork had the main address and I had forgotten the exact location of the room 8 blocks away so I had to wander the slum for an hour to find it.
The entire en suite bathroom in squished into 4'x5' space. I'm 5'11" with a medium build and I had trouble getting in there and almost busted through the flimsy shower door. If you're a large person, FORGET IT.
There was also a lingering bad odor in the bathroom (that I had nothing to do with).
The room I got was a hole -- it looked NOTHING like the pictures. If there was internet access, I couldn't figure out how (granted I didn't ask). They did not leave anything in the room that described any basic services. The room didn't even have a phone and since the office was 8 blocks away it wasn't like you could just go downstairs. Very disappointing. |

| Comments: Because we were in a private room, we stayed across the street at Hotel Virginia which was real nice. Room and bathroom were real clean. Keep the curtains closed at night or you'll get bit by mosquitos. Air conditioning was a big plus is this city. A few blocks walk from Termini Station. Friendly staff. Nice bed linen, comfortable pillows. |

| Comments: Very Excellent location. We only had to cross ONE bridge to get there from the train station on an island with more than 400 bridges. Other than that, not so good not so bad hotel! |

| Comments: Staff was great and provided helpful tips for seeing the city. The rooms were fine too and pretty clean. Bathroom was located across the hall but private. Loud noise from the street at night but a pretty good deal for the money and you could come and go as you please. |

| Comments: The location was okay. It was a bit on the noisy side cause it was near a plaza and major street but the room was clean and spacious. Its also near the metro which is great but unfortunately it closes early and we happened to be there when taxi drivers were on strike so it was not easy to get around. The train station is several blocks away so its easy to get there and take buses to center. |

| Comments: They moved us from the intended location to one much closer to the middle of the city, in Piazza de Vittorio Emmanuele, next to a Metro station which was very convenient but quite noisy with trams and buses passing at night. The room was spacious and cool, with more appliances than we expected (a tv and fridge proved very useful) and the people were lovely, though we only saw them on the first day and were left to ourselves for the rest of the time. There wasn't any secure safe-box, but the room was well protected with three keys needed to access it (front door, apartment door and room door).
Overall we were very happy with the place, with an excellent location and a beautiful room, and had a wonderful holiday. |

| Comments: The staff that made my stay absolutely aggravating and downright hellish. It seemed like the different people they had working in shifts at the front desk never talk to another. One would keep asking me about things I've already settled with another staff working on another shift. They kept hounding me about producing a print out of the online reservation I made through trav.com. I kept telling them that the internet center they gave guests access to had a busted printer. So I couldn't do a print out. So what I did was to e-mail the page of my online reservation to their hotel address. On different occasions, one lady said ok she'll check it out, another lady couldn't understand English very well and two other guys kept insisting for a print out because they didn't have a computer to check it! C'mon, is that the guest's problem if the hotel doesn't have a computer??? And the internet place they give guests access to has a busted printer???
That's not even the worst part. I got an important call shortly before I got back to the hotel. The guy at the front desk told me about it. So I explained to the guy how important it was that I got to return the call right away. I pleaded with him if he could just dial the number using their phone at the desk (since there was no phone in the room). It wouldn't have cost them anything because it was a local call. But he refused. So I had to walk about 5 blocks to the Roma Termini to use a public phone at 12 midnight! And this was the same guy who, when I asked for directions at some other previous time, was stupid enough to comment: "You ask a lot of questions!" I retorted: "Of course, I'm not from here!" Tom or Thom, I think, is the name of this inconsiderate idiot.
There are other unpleasant things about this place -- like the stinking bathroom, housekeeping throwing away my soap dish cover, the hotel not being as close to the Roma Termini as they'd have you believe, etc. But admittedly, those are little things that you can live with if the staff were a bit more helpful and cordial. But they really sucked!!! |

| Comments: We really enjoyed this hotel. We didn't stay in the main location, but found our location closer to the train station which made it easy to get around. They brought us to the location we were staying at and found the rooms very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. |

| Comments: the staff was really helpful, although not all of them spoke english. my brother and i ended up at their auxiliary location, which is 1 metro stop away from the main hotel. it was closer to the colleseum and it was right on a metro stop (literally!). we were right on a major street, so the traffic noise was pretty substantial, but we were so tired by the end of the the day from all the touring that it didn't matter, it was nice to go back to our own room and know that it was clean and that we wouldn't have to deal with being in a hostel. we had our own bathroom which was also spotless and even a kitchenette in the room. we had keys to the building, the apartment, and to the room. i would stay here again. |

| Comments: The place was alright but there was no cleaning service on sunday (?). Our room was a bit ugly with a strange lamp of white light and the window was broken, Staff were helpful (they tried right away to fix the window).
The location is really good, within walking distance of Termini Station and some attractions and breakfast (italian) is served in a nice cafe around the corner.
Don't expect quiet nights here! the street is very noisy and the walls very thin.
Other good things: 24 hour check-in and storage room. |

| Comments: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly- especially considering that neither of us can speak a word of Italian. They gave us an excellent restaurant reccomendation. The only down side was that Rome's public transportation is extremely lacing so it was about a 45 min walk to places like Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, the Colusseum etc. Also, the room that we stayed in was not in the building that the office was-- it was next door but it was VERY safe and well maintained. If you are willing to walk a bit to the sights, it's a good place to stay. |

| Comments: They have several hotels around town, so dont be alarmed if you are sent to a different building to the one you booked. Our actual room was much closer to the center of town, and they drove us there! |

| Comments: This is a slight walk from the train station, but a cute and nice hotel. We had the room behind the reception desk, so it was a bit loud, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

| Comments: We stayed in a double bed ensuite and totally loved it! It was newly furnished, clean and had tv and air conditioning. It's quite well located, 10 minutes walking from the huge Termini Station. It's a 30 minute walk to the Plazza della Venetzia and the Colosseum. The neighbourhood has eveything you need - internet, laundry, supermarket, bars, pizzerias, etc, etc. Definitely worth the money. |
