Laura speaks very good English and was very helpful with tips on touring, places to eat and shopping. The B&B is very easy to find from Termini - about a 10 min walk. Also only 10 min from Metro stop,15 minuts for Trevi Fountain!! A very cozy place in an old style Italian building. Other guests were very quiet - so noise was not a problem. Room and bathrooms were very very clean. My teenage niece was very impressed and said it felt like visiting family. Computer access was great and also adapters/converters were available for use. Breakfast was cornflakes with milk, also juice, toast and jelly - perfect for a good start for the day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again!!!

Nice lady who welcomed us. We only booked one night at her hostel, but we wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately her hostel was full, but she helped us find another (good) one! Definitely worth it!

Laura is a gracious hostess & cares about her guests. Large quad room , facilities extremely clean & quiet; never heard the other guests (as if it was our own place). Kitchen well equipped with generous self-serve continental breakfast; you can cook dinners to eat-in too. Map provided, info on public transit and restaurants. Thank you Laura, you made our visit the perfect Roma experience, LOVED it! Have recommended to family and friends.

I drove into the city (which I do not reccomend for anyone) and when I got lost, she talked me to the hotel and then drove my car for me to a arking garage. She was a life saver! THe rooms were very nice, the kitchena dn bathrooms were great, free interenet and Laura was very helpful with directions and thigns to see. I would gladly stay here again!

And the little very special and cosy place has a very warm atmosphere. Terrific to be able to use the kitchen and make coffee as much as you like. The free internet was a plus too. The beds are good and the rooms ok. Some small practical things would make it even better; a bottom near the beds to switch the mainlights off. The "bedlamps" are not enough light to read in. And it´s terrible to get up after the reading before you shall go to sleep. Then you "wake up" again. Room three also needs a few more things of some kind to put things on. We were not in Italy to have 'fun' in the sense some of the reviewers seem to define it. We came for the history, the specialness of seeing this country together. We always felt safe no matter what time of day or evening we walked. Thank-you. Your age catagories do not fit us. I am 59 and my son is 22. We came to spend time together during his college break.

Definitely a hostel atmosphere. Lots of facilities and information, free internet. Location not bad, on a quiet side-street, take a good map to find it though! About 10min walk from Termini station, and possible to walk to the old city centre.

Near Termini, walking distance from the main attractions that Rome has, and a GREAT BREAKFAST! Really, better than what I have at home. Our host was very attentive, she helped us and was available for us 24h a day... I really recommend this place. Gracias Laura!!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 27th October 2007 Female 25-30 4/5 Comments: L'Incanto di Roma B&B was an amazing little place, it was my first time traveling to rome, and the warm welcome from laura who greats you when you first arrive was great. she was vwery help full all the time and if we need her we could ring at any time. its situated near the republica, so its in the huslte and bustle. we was flying in the champino air port, i would advise you to find the terminal or the bnb will arrange a taxi for 42euros this was for 2 ppl and it takes u streight the the appartment, dont get a taxi off the street they exploit tourists. rome its for ppl who enjoy history, not for ppl who enjoy night clubs, the food is amazing and near the bnb is a reasturant that is more for the locals but they made us very wellcome all in all its a great litle place to stay for the locatio and the facaltis, the kittchen is available all day, internet connection is free and there is an iron , and travel plugs. it was a fantasic experience so much so i hope to go back nxt year. xx
