Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 27th August 2007 - - 2/5 Comments: I forgot to mention that our toilet wouldn't flush properly, the hot water tap in the sink when you turned it on only gave a dribble of water...and THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE FREE PARKING WHICH IS WHAT THEY HAVE ON HERE ADVERTISED!!! I have no intention of coming back here again. Advertised well, promised so much but left very disappointed.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 27th August 2007 - - 2/5 Comments: THIS HOTEL ADVERTISES FREE PARKING...WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!! We ended up having to park it in the car park and spend extra money becuase the owner of the hostel couldn't be bothered to give up the space that he had reserved for his car when he was suppose to be acommodating his guests!!! You'd have thought considering we've paid all this money to them that they could make an effort and actually provide free parking but i guess money is more important to them than customer service. The amount of money you spend to stay here is not worth it if you are coming to Blackpool in a car. There are similar hotels with more hospitable owners who would charge much cheaper to stay per night...and they provide FREE PARKING.
