We lived in a double room with quite reasonable (quite cheap indeed) price. Clean, excellent security, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent as Florence itself.

It take us near 20 minute to ask the direction and find the hotel, my suggestion is to print out the map before you start. The best way is take the bus 7 is you are with luggage.

When we arrived they gave us biscuits and coffee on the house. It was a very warm welcome! They checked us in and gave us information about the best places to visit in Florence. Everything was great there. And the free internet was amazing.

They were very helpful n helping me get reservations and finding small local restaurants and things to do in the city. The three bed room has the shower and basin in the room with a folding screen to divide. The breakfast costs 8 euros, so we didn't pay it. There is a cafeteria at the corner with an excellent cappuccino and brioches, very cheap. In the same street there is a supermarket, too. All the rooms have air conditioning and tv. Free internet in the reception until 12 am, only 15 min per person. The recepcionist is very friendly, she will give you a map and show you where are the monuments and the cheap restaurants.
