Joseph is not only a hotel-manager, he helped us in every question and gave us advises how to visit Dublin. It is a familiar atmosphere. And learned to enjoy the Irish Breakfast!

Kind of in the middle between airport and city centre. Convenient to bus line. Very commercial and a bit overpriced. Would not stay there again knowing the alternatives in the city centre.

Good value for our money as the house was in a good spot and Joseph made sure we knew how to get to and from the city centre which was extremely helpful. The choice for breakfast was good and also of a good quality. Joseph was a great host, always checking that we were okay and asking if we needed anything, a nice character who has created a hospitable environment in this B&B, I'd definitely return here if I go back to Ireland in the future.

When we got there we were warmly welcomed by Joseph who went to the trouble to explain the bus routes , the bus fares and anything else we needed to know. It is clean, friendly and comfortable and the breakfasts are good. I have also seen Joseph go to great ends to accomodate guests with special requests. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone!

I couldnt pick a fault with the accomodation but my Mum did say that the shower room could do with a hook to hang your clothes when you pop into the shower. Thankyou for a brilliant stay.

The staff were excellent. The room was perfect, it was bright and immaculate. the tea and coffee in our room was just what we needed after our journey from Cork!! Thank You so much!!!!!

Couldn't shut the traffic noise out all night which made it difficult to sleep, and shower needed a little anti-mould spray on the grout. We had a great time though and would stay at ABC again.

He was very helpful and informative...giving us tips and information on what to do. The room was immaculate! Very clean, very neat and airy. The bus stop is located right in front of the b&b. There are several restaurants in the area. The breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend this B&B!
