Comments: a fine hotel. not a hostel. close to the main areas, hotel staff are nice and helpful. no younger people and when we rocked up at 10 at night it was locked up and we had to ring the bell to be let in, no problem. nice place. good people. little expensive but we didnt have a choice.

Comments: Excellent. They even make reservations on your behalf for concerts, tours, etc. Breakfast is included, and it's delicious. Only 10 min. walk from the city core. No complaints.

Comments: Stayed here for 7 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had very little german and this was no problem at all. Rooms were fine, secure and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel itself is about 15 minutes walk from the old part of town but the walk is not unpleasent and you can catch a bus around the corner either. There are restaurants and bars in the immediate area. Overall I found this hotel good value and i would have no problems staying here again.

Comments: If you want a decent hotel for the money then this is pretty good. Breakfast was good too - they served coco pops, among a variety of other usual things. Decent location, just out from the centre (15 minute walk away down one road)

Comments: We had a great time here and would definitely return! One receptionist was particularly great (although they were all good) and helped us with finding things to do around Salzburg. It was about 10 to 15 walking minutes away from the central square which wasn't bad at all. Internet there was a bit expensive at 1 euro for 10 min. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were all so helpful!

Comments: nice hotel; good price/quality; good breakfast buffet; very friendly people; but a little bit out of the center: +/- 15 minutes by foot until the old town, but there is a busstop just behind the corner.

| Comments: What can I say, probably the best placed we have stayed in, a great change from staying in hostels - although you definately pay for it!
About 20mins walk from train station (with all your bags). About 10mins to the main areas.
Breakfast really good buffet.
Room spectacular. Beds great. Shower fantastic - we even had a bath!
Staff helpful and informative

Comments: Easy to find if you're driving there, with convenient and free parking. Only a few minutes walk from everything. A good place to stay with courteous english speaking staff. The only minor issue was that the rooms were a bit warm at night but opening the windows introduced a lot of street noise.

Comments: For travelers used to staying at hostels for backpacking trips, this was a nice change of pace. Although much more expensive than a hostel, the price is still very fair for what you are getting. Awesome showers, fantastic breakfast, and an ideal location which is a straight shot down the start of the main street which runs into the old town. Staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating. Stay here if you can't find a hostel or want something more upscale.

Comments: Very close to the city centre and station. Good breakfast and good service, although can be quite noisy in the summer due to windows being open onto the main street.
