Take tram no. 5 from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof in the direction that lists Kafertal on the tram destinations. Once on board you have to pay attention because sometimes the robot forgets to announce the upcoming stop. The hotel can be seen from the tram on the left hand side as you enter Kafertal, when you get off just follow the road that runs along the track back to the Alexandros. Nothing especially good or bad about this hotel which pretty much sums up Mannheim itself.
