Comments: Bad side: Bed uncomfortable. TV reception inadequate. So cramped that access to window difficult. Good side: Tea or coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast very good. Plenty of hot water. Quiet. Staff helpful and agreeable. Dinner provided in pub good and plentiful.

Comments: The worst place we\'ve ever stayed. We do not recommend to anyone. All the things that Alan from Ireland says are TRUE, it was a pity not to read it before the booking.

Comments: The staff were very helpfull, the room was very clean. There breakfast in the room was actually convinient because I was leaving so early the last night and they even provided a ticket for a meal in a nearby pub. Given the staff, location and cleanliness I wouldn't think twice where I am going to stay on my next visit to London and certainly will recommended to friends. The only thing is the size of the room and specially the bathroom, but considering everything else is a great value for your money! Sonia

Comments: I had single room and the room was unbelievable small, even though kind of cozy. The bathroom was so small like the one in the airport and the shower curtain was moldy. The staff was not very pleasant.

Comments: This is without doubt the worst place we've ever stayed. Upon arriving we were shown downstairs sub ground level to a twin room (we had booked a double) with the floor covered in water leaking from the ceiling. The room we were given upstairs had a bathroom too small to as much as turn around in, the lock on our door was unsafe, the place was cold, charmless, the TV didn't work and the window couldn't be closed properly. To top it all off when they made the bed on the second day we actually found someone had left human excrement on the sheets, unbelieveable I know but it's true. I wouldn't reccommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

Comments: This is a budget hotel and not a hostel, so it is suitable for those who wish tou have a clean, safe place to stay in a good location. It is a few minutes walk from Hyde Park and the Edgware Road subway station.

Comments: Having a small fridge in the room was a great attribute. Bathroom was not cleaned during entire six night/seven day stay! Cleanliness of bed coverings very poor. Hotel rooms very cramped but would not be a problem if their was a high standard of cleanliness. Otherwise good value for money.

Comments: We stayed in a room that was on the first floor facing the street, and both nights we were woken up at 2 in the morning by travelers banging on our window because they were locked out of the hotel- the place is under new management and the front desk clerk was mostly missing in action. We told the owner about these problems when he stopped by, and his response was that it wasn't his problem... the location is good, though there are many other nicer and cheaper hotels on the same block!

Comments: comfortable bed, and a clean room. excellent location in paddington, and only a short trip into town by tube, but definitely not worth the money (almost 100EUR per night)I paid.

Comments: this is the smallest hotelroom i´ve ever seen. the rate is far too high - even for a hotel in central london. breakfast (which got poorer every day) is in the fridge and you have to eat it on the bed, because there is no space for a table. the bathroom is a small plastic-box (like in a trailer home).

Comments: Great location, excellent service, and you get a FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST that will keep you going for hours in a beautiful and well serviced dining room. Also, you get a free meal at the local Irish pub. The meals are delicious and typically Irish/English! Great hotel, great, great, great!!!!

Comments: The room was really small, but it was fine with a tv, a fridge and a comfortable sofa. However, the hostal was repairing a room next to my room. I do hope it was not the usual situation. Finally, the breakfast was good!
