We had to delay check in because there were not enough non smoking rooms. They were however very helpful and good in providing my friend with a larger non smoking room when there where none left.

The hotel is very nice and it almost looks luxurious... The room was well tidy and clean and the staff has always been friendly, available and smiling. It was a friday night, so the 2 clubs at the BF were a bit noisy... However they close at 2, so it is not a very big deal and - actually - why should one want to sleep before 2 on a Friday night?

Eventually they realise their mistakes but not a nice way to check into a hotel. Very old fashioned hotel, no attempt being made to modernise it. No duvets, only blankets.

We booked online a month in advance and our booking ref even stated that a single and a double was booked..watch out!!

I only stayed there one night but the location was great since I needed to get to the airport in the morning, the train station is really close. I had a good stay. The hotel is very tacky inside but when I stayed they were doing renevations so hopefully that will improve. it was very quite at night. Good hotel for those on budgets!

Quick taxi ride (or medium walk to Piccadilly train station) Decent ammenities - kettle, coffee/tea, free wi-fi is a bonus Building is unbeatable in character ... yet clean and up to date. Highly recommended as a budget hotel

Although, because of the weather, and lack of window, some decent air conditioning would have been greatly appreciated, i barely slept. I know it´s not often we get nice weather in the UK, but you should be prepared.

They booked us for 1 room and 3 nights. We were compensated with an executive sweet which was tiny and only 1 bed. We didnt receive the second bed until 3a.m. We had to pay for the room and I lost my deposit I paid to your company.
