We found the information false and was charged 8 Euro's per person. Just for the future i would advise not to tell the guests this.

I didnt and subsequently had the smell of 20 ashtrays filtering into my room from my neighbors. The rooms were fine. Beds comftorable. TV ...not really satelite. They claim to have 4 pay channels which you can pay an additional 9.99€ per use. I didnt try it. But the other channels are quite horribe and very few. The internet, only if u have your own laptop, they say they have wi-fi. Again, I didnt try it. It looks just like an American style MOTEL, not a family house. But it is 5 minutes from the busy centre, and has good transport access. Both tram and U-Bahn.

It was a bit out of the centre of town, but you can get a bus in and it's no trouble. Super clean, super comfortable beds, a few english tv channels, free wireless. English speaking staff. It was a top place to stay.

Actually it is around 6 or 7 kms away. I liked how the Motel is and the best thing was the private parking per room and free internet access. It is not directly in the city center, but within Hamburg city and well connected with public transport to the city center (around 10 mins by U-bahn). The location is great and for what they offer, the price is good. We had a great time there. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg

The Staff was a pleasant, very professional, and cheerful man. The rooms aren't large, and the walls are very thin. (We could hear our neighbour hanging up his clothes) The Motel isn't in the city centre, it's about a 10 minute tube ride, or a 20 minute bus ride. It's a great deal for the price, but make sure if you're not driving that you have a good command of the bus systems and underground.

The down comforter and pillows were a plus. The shower was also really awesome. The thing we loved the most was how the staff was always willing to help us out with directions and letting us know where to go, and where not to go in the city. If I travel to Hamburg again I would stay at Motel Hamburg. It was very clean and the staff was awesome to all of us. Thank you very much!

We were very positively surprised and would definitely come back. Not very much "fun to do" at the hotel but on the other hand you have about 30 bars, restaurants and so on within 300 m and the rest of Hamburg is easily reached. I couldn't be more pleased and gladly recomment this hotel!
