| Comments: We are not pleased with having to pay full price and not getting what we paid for. We've paid for twin room and private bathroom and tv. The first night we got a single room with an extra bed, no bathroom, no tv. The second night we got a twin room, shower, no tv. The third night we got what we've paid for. Best regards, Berit & Eva |

| Comments: Very expensive for what it was. We were moved out of our nice (cheaper) room on the second night to a double the price shoebox room. Would never stay here again! Takes 20 minutes by train to the centre |

| Comments: There are 2 hotel Messe. This one didn't have internet access and a few other things that was promised on the bookingpage. Check which hotel you are going to stay in before you decide. |

| Comments: This is a very quiet plain hotel.. nothing much.. a room with a shower, breakfast was pretty good. Staff were not very knowledgable about tourist stuff in Berlin, and were not that pleasant at reception. |

| Comments: This hostel was extremely comfortable and the rooms were very nice! The only problem was that with the two different locations, it made it difficult to know which one to go to for check-in. My only wish would be for the staff to be slightly more organized with the check-in process. |

| Comments: the booking process for this hotel was horrible, and also they required a 4 night minimum. they insisted that i fax them a copy of my credit card and a signature before they would confirm. i was very skeptical and apprehensive, especially since the english in the discourses was almost unintelligible. i wish i had listened to my gut and not stayed there. |

| Comments: Good value for money. Not too far to walk to the nearest U-Bahn or S-Bahn, city centre very accesible. Shower and sink in room, toilets on the corridor. Shows its age a bit but everything is neat and clean. Recommended. |

| Comments: We had quite some problem at the arrival. We were supposed to pay 72 euros at arrival since we´ve payed 8 euros in deposit. Since we arrived early in the morning our room wasn´t ready so we were offered another room which was 5 euros extra (because of the shower in the room). We were really tiered and thought it was worth the extra money to get some sleep in the morning so we accepted. Just after the check-in we remebered that we´ve already payed the deposit and found out that we´ve payed too much. When we told the staff at the reception she didn´t understand anything. She told us she had never heard of the company "Trav" and that the deposit wasn´t a partial payment for the room. I tried to expalin that they would get the money from the company because the hotel is connected to this site but she didn´t agree at all. She spoke to her boss but they didn´t change their mind, we never got the money back (which of course was the case later on or trip at other hostels). Additionally we just want to inform you that they were really unfriendly and unhelpfull. For exampel we told them upon arrival that we wanted one more night and we were asked if we wanted to pay immidiately or later. We didn´t had that much cash so told them we would pay them later. Then the day we wanted to pay for the extra night we were promised they told us they just had rooms avilabel that were 10 euros more, which wasn´t the case when we first told them we wanted one more night. I don´t think this bad hotel should be connected to your site; they don´t know they are and how to handle it and it´s not a good stay! |

| Comments: we booked into and expected twin with ensuite and we received double with a shower sectioned off at the foot of the bed with a curtain. NO Toilet in the room. I emailed to advise I was travelling with my 83 year old uncle. They did transfer us to another site, but it caused my uncle much angst as well as extra taxi fare. Also the email didnot work for longer than about 2 minutes at a time. The Breakfast was very good though as was the staff |

| Comments: Booking a room with an ensuite bathroom and a double bed in this hotel actually means that you will get two single beds shoved together, a toilet located down the hallway, and a broken shower that is located next to your bed, with just a shabby shower curtain to protect the room from getting wet. I'd advise just booking into a hostel instead and saving yourself the trouble of spending money on accommodation that doesn't give you anything extra, as well as having moody staff, smoky rooms, and an unappealing breakfast spread. |

| Comments: This property should not even be allowed to call itself a HOTEL. It is the furthest
thing from a hotel i have ever seen in my life. I have travelled all over europe on diffferent trips and vacations and week end breaks and this is by far the worst accomodation i have ever set my eyes on. we booked ourselves into a twin room ensuite and to our sad dissapointment, the ensuite was a cardboard box with taps attached to it and a shower curtain in the corner of the room, and the shared bathroom was down a very badly lit corridor!! I would under any circumstances recomend this property. |
