| Comments: Some of the staff were nice and some others very rude. When we had to pay, they wanted us to pay more and began to shout at us. Finally we didn't pay more (but just because we were firm...). |

| Comments: there was a language barrier which complicated a few things but other than that we achieved what was needed. the website also claimed the hotel has free breakfast, free internet and airconditioning which it did not. really good location. |

| Comments: We were lucky that we had to stay for one night. We were happy that the night goes fast and we were leaving quick without taking breakfast. But it was cheap and then you can't ask much. |

| Comments: Its very budget, and they try charging you a lot for little things (5 euros for internet!?) Staff wernt very helpfull and they were very loud at 11pm, so if you want a good sleep, you will have to put up with the noise they make downstairs. Avoid if possible, |

| Comments: transfers = take the shuttle from the airport and then a bus to the hotel. Internet means 1 computer in the hall and you pay to access internet... my roomwas next to the reception and I could hear everything people taking, shouting, phone ringing... everything!!! The mother was very kind and helpfull... but I would not stay there again (need to sleep) and would suggest to correct the inromation on the site. Sent severall e-mails without any answer. |

| Comments: The co-operation of the staff was very bad and hostile. In future I would never ever recommend any body in Acro hostel. I had booked for 4 beds and 3 beds & 2 beds separately for 8 persond but when I went there the display message showed 4 + 4 beds in 2 rooms.
I wonder how can the information with me and the hotel staff differ. |

| Comments: Very Unfriendly meeting in the beginning, some what better afterwards, there is no internet and it should be writen, not the less no wi-fi. He made excuses like his system was mac and uncompatible, even if I had used mac network otherwere.
Very hard beds and we had problem sleeping at night, it is located in a very noisy street with guys singing night long.
I would never ever go there again. |

| Comments: Great location, a 10 minute walk from the duomo (city centre). Good value at €30 per night for your own room with ensuite bathroom in a city like Milan. Dont go there expecting much atmosphere, ideal for those who like to have their own private room and leave the hostel asap in the morning to explore the city. |

| Comments: The room was very clean. The location of the hotel was close to the most touristical areas and reachable from everywhere. But the staff should improve their english. |

| Comments: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we reached there at night, the person on the counter was not even willing to check us in. He did that reluctantly, but did not give us any travel information even though they promise a travel desk on their website. There was no wifi or even internet access in the hotel even though it is advertised as such. The person in the morning was nicer and helped us with some things, but overall we didnt feel safe at the property. |

| Comments: It was a lovely room with everything you needed (apart from no towel provided and this information was not provided to me on booking, had to pay extra for this simple service).
My room was off the reception and was a little noisy.
Staff could have smiled more.
Otherwise, a pleasant stay and most importantly, i felt safe there and felt i could leave belongings in room without having to worry.
It was also lovely and clean! |

| Comments: Hotel Arco Milan was cheap. Thats all the nice things I can say really- it was central but a pain to find, it was stark and we were told to be quiet twice- even though it was 9pm, and there was no breakfast or map. The staff was ok, but it was nothing near some of the proper places I\'ve stayed so far. |

| Comments: I found it to be all in all a very nice hotel and I would recommend it. The only two problems were noise from the street while we were trying to sleep and not extremely helpful staff. Even the one who spoke English never seemed to understand my questions and therefore always gave answers to questions I hadn't asked. On the whole, however, nice. |

| Comments: The staff are very helpful and the room is very comfortable. The location is just ok. However, the electricity ran out for 1-2 hours at the night I stayed. Also, minded that you have to move your suitcase up to floor 2 without any help. |

| Comments: This is a small hotel relatively close to the centre (buses 60 or 73 will take you to the Duomo in 5 minutes) in a neighborhood which is not the richest in town but seems safe. The rooms have just been refurbished and are VERY NICE, exceptional I would say for the price, better than a two star hotel I stayed in in Padova. Internet was not working while I was there which was a pain as it was not easy to find anything open in August in the centre. The staff are gay friendly though I don't know their policy regarding same-sex couples in bedrooms and the hotel is just two blocks away from the Gay Information Centre at Via Bezzacca 3. One problem in Milan is getting back at night. Walking from the Duomo is easy and not far but if you're a little further out of town, you have to rely on the Metro or the bus and the last bus is at 1.05 - apparently no night buses in Milan. I guess though that is true with wherever you stay. With the exception of the manager, who can be a little 'abrupt' but who did smile at me occasionally (!), the staff are very friendly, particularly a guy called Medo who has a very active 'social life' ! If your room looks on in the courtyard inside, then you see a church tower which rings every quarter and a relatively poor but calm building with men leaving and arriving with umbrellas and roses under their arms to the sell to the more aflluent in Milan. All in all, close to the centre, on a main avenue in a neighborhood which is a little poor, clean, and if you're not staying during a fashion show or concert, very cheap for what you're getting. |

| Comments: Don't go to Milan in August!!! There is no-one there and nothing to do but when you do go, stay at Arco Hotel. It was clean, quiet, short-walking distance to city (duomo) and great value for money. They staff are friendly and helpful. |
