Comments: Bañera pequeña, no puedes bañarte de pie, el mini armario no es suficiente para para una persona, si ademas las personas son tres... Muy bien ubicado y servido, hay tiendas de comida cerca.

Comments: We had a very bad stay there. It was very cold and the heating machine did not work. But the worst thing was the owner of the apartment. We called her mobile phone over 10 times to try to contact her for solving this problem, but she did not response our calls. It was shameful.

Comments: DO NOT STAY HERE! I had the worst experience of all time at this apartment. There were quite a few small problems that we were willing to overlook. Our biggest problem was that it was the middle of winter and the heating and hot water did not work. Alice (the owner) who provides her phone number for any problems never answered my calls. After numerous calls and messages left after our first night I only received a text message saying she couldn't do anything. So basically she doesn't even have the decency to call back and apologise for the inconvenience. We had to stay there a second night and wear the entire contents of our suitcases to keep warm. We could have used towels as extra warmth but there was only one towel between the three of us. Also the single bed is more like a hammock it is so old and soft. I urge people not to stay here so maybe Alice can learn that treating customers the way we were treated is not the way to run a business.

Comments: Excellent for two people, but the 3rd bed is poor as a 3 bed private room. The kitchen is also wonderful.

Comments: We had confusion about the booking dispite booking six months in advance. An Italian speaking friend had to phone up to sort this out. When neither the website or the owner responded to our e mails. It needs to be made clear that check in is after 1pm as we weren't informed of this. The Owner needs to be available at the time specified for arrival as having calls diverted is worrying when you arrive. The accomodation was really well situated and had plenty of room inside for two. I think Three adults would be alittle cramped. It might be an idea in winter especially to leave a note saying how to work the heating! plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Comments: Calling this an apartment is a bit of a stretch because there's no living area - more like a motel room with a dining area and kitchenette. But in an expensive city to visit, this was a welcome relief to the wallet and served our needs just fine. The all-wood interior and small windows make it difficult to get going in the morning - it is dark - and the heating system is a bit temperamental...but all-in-all worth a go, especially for a family of three.

Comments: my friends and aren't the least bit fussy but the only good point that we saw in the place was that it was in a very strategic location (very near the central station). the rest was just a nightmare! we got in a bit later than we expected and it was raining quite heavily. the lady did show up at the designated meeting place but after showing us the apartment (specifically where the beds were plus the loo!) that was the most interaction we got out of her! once money changed hands it seemed that the lady couldn't leave fast enough! not even a complimentary map or some helpful suggestions as to how to best see the attractions of the city! they don't even tidy up the place although we weren't quite sure if that was part of the service. linens weren't changed, there weren't any toiletries and to top it off, the utilities were crap! was in the middle of having a shower (teeny-weeny it was!) when the water just turned icy cold! not something you'd exactly appreciate when it's the middle of winter! the room was cozy and had plenty of character but to be quite frank the only thing we really appreciated was the location!
