Very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. it was a little out of the way from the main attractions but there is a metro right up the street or its only a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful and there is also a big and nice terrace. and you can use the microwave :-)

The bathrooms were really clean (cleaned every day) and the beds and pillows were actually comfortable! It was in a good location...within walking distance from many of the main sites and the beach and metro. It was also great that they had 24-hour desk staff and stored our luggage for free the day of check-out. I would definitely stay again!

Our door was left wide open by the cleaner and when we complained they didn't seem to understand why we were upset. When we had to change rooms we had huge problems.

The common room was always fun, with people watching TV, drinking wine, and eating together. There were plenty of toilets and 2 showers, so I never had to wait long. Good location, very near Las Ramblas and cheap restaurants. I want to go back!

Be aware : if your room window is on the main street (Ronda San Pau), you should bring earplugs ! Super auberge, staff très sympa et accueillant. Attention simplement au bruit : si votre fenêtre donne sur la Ronda San Pau, prévoyez des boules quies.

There is not this atmosphere like in other hostels.

The staff is so fun and helpful which made for a really welcoming environment. Good hot showers and free internet and espresso. There is a close by market to by some affordable ready to eat food.

Just as a hint the hostel is parallel to an internet cafe. The sign is tiny and located on the molding of the door. This hostel is small but clean. They have a skype phone which is handy. It is a good 15 min walk into the center of Barcelona though and the streets that you have to walk to get to it are a little shady.

If you are looking for a fun, quirky and affordable place to stay there\'s no better place to stay at! I loved the labyrinths of rooms and the backyard garden is a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly helpful, easygoing and fun. Staying at Paraiso is definitely an unforgettable experience!
