Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Canada 20th March 2008 Couple 18-24 2/5 Comments: We got to the hostel after 10 pm and there was no staff at the desk, so we were not able to get into the hostel, and had to pay for the night there even though we had to find another hotel to sleep in. Very dissapointing and the staff were not helpful or friendly at all. I would highly recommend AGAINST staying here. there are 2 places right next door that would both be better than this hostel.

The staff were rude, we showed up in te pouring rain and they would not let us in until 5pm, they said they were busy cleaning rooms, so we had to buy a new night because we forgot our confirmation number. there was hair in the sink still, no phone in the room, then wake you up at 9 to tell you check out is at 12...worst place ever!

In the previous afternoon we were phoning to the motel and the phone that there was in the web page was wrong.
