We stayed in a bed bedroom apartment that had 2 bathrooms and balconies off all rooms looking over the swimming pool. All for the price you would pay to be in a dorm with many others in a hostel.

The Hotel complex is excellent and the pool refreshing. Great choice for breakfast. The hotel has own resturant which is good as not much else around to eat. Good hotel if you need a break from hostels and have a car.

I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone! There is a beautiful pool.. however the jacuzzi was not working properly while we were there in May!

No wine or food that was on the menu! In the end it was easier to just ask what they did have to eat. It lets the rest of the hotel down.

Bus travel from Almeria to Puerto Ray (where the hotel is truly located) is extremely limited. There is a fairly nice beach in Puerto Ray but NOTHING else to do. In order to get to the city of Almeria, you must take 2 different busses (on a very erratic schedule) for a total of 90 minutes or so. It is very inconvenient, however the hotel is very, very nice.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Canada 11th April 2006 Mixed Group 18-24 3/5 Comments: First of all, this property is NOT near Almeria, it is an hour bus ride away in Vera. However, the beach is pretty close and is quite nice, and the hotel itself is amazing. It really is a 4-star hotel for the price of a hostel ONLY if you book online (a fellow traveller hadn't booked online and they refused to give the rate from Trav). These are apartments, and you get your own kitchen, washing machine, etc., and there's a grocery store nearby, but that's it. The only fun thing to do is the beach. Still, we all had a great time there, other than the long trip to get to the hotel.

For a relaxing wekend of pampering. The staff did not speak a word of Enhglish and we so unhelpfull and rude.
