| Comments: decent sized room, walking distance to the centre ( a bit of a long walk though). noisy construction workers started right next door at 6am everyday. wouldnt have been so bad except we had to have the window open for some fresh air as the airconditioner in our room didnt work!! on checkout we told them re A/C and they stated it wasnt hot enough yet for them to have them turned on!! |

| Comments: It's an amazing place!. One of the best hotels I've visited. The staff is very helpful, friendly and cordial. The installations seem new and everything is probably recently refurbished. And the breakfast is just great!!. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing place in Vienna, for an excellent price, this is the place!. |

| Comments: Swimming pool is a large tub and shuts down at 7 p.m. Air conditioning costs extra and shuts down at 10:00 p.m. Not located in the city centre... close to the train station, however. Keep looking! |

| Comments: I was staying for two nights and upon arriving (though I made reservations weeks in advance), I was told I would have to change rooms for my second night. The first room smelled smoky and was quite small, but had a working TV, minibar, etc. When I changed the second room, they kindly upgraded me to a double room and it was much nicer, but the television did not work. It also had a safe but no instructions for how to set the code, etc.
On my last morning, I learned that breakfast was in fact not included and I had to pay extra for it, despite the fact that I had checked the information book in the room and it said that a fee would only be applied if I wanted room service. Also, on the second morning, while getting ready, my hand hit a glass shelf in the bathroom which was not affixed the the wall, and it fell and broke. I told the staff about this and they charged me 50 Euro for it! The piece of glass was a standard glass sheet (about 6" by 12") so I think this was ridiculous.
There are better places to stay in Vienna. If you do stay here, be careful not to break anything or you will pay dearly! |
