| Comments: The freindliest staff ever help us out alot. Even though they were fully booked during Edinburgh festival they helped us to an accomodation. Full marks on everything, best place i stayed so far. |

| Comments: Guest houses located about a 20 minute walk from city centre. Bus stop just outside guest house and comes frequently. Room very clean with kettle, tea and television. Breakfast decent and included in price. Definately a guest house, not a hostel. |

| Comments: Be sure to ask if you are going to be put out in the bungalow and charged the same price before you book in. Felt we were overcharged.. Place was clean enough but not what we thought we were getting...ask!! |

| Comments: Lovely hosts and a great breakfast! We didn't like the shower much (v difficult to get the temp right) and thought the place needs a wee bit of smartening up (pins holding the curtains together etc) I think the new owners have only been there for a short time so I guess they'll take care of things over time. They are v friendly hosts which is a great start! |

| Comments: Great building with a very friendly staff that go out of their way to help you. The building was way above what you'd expect for the price, and breakfasts were full meals (not just a croissant like so many other places). Only drawback is the location is a little ways from everything, but right next to a bus stop. Would definately recommend! |

| Comments: I wish there was a score beyond 100%. The new owners are beyond what we coudl have expected. We loved it so much we canceled our stay in New Castle to stay a day longer at Robb\'s. The accomodations were EXCEPTIONAL!, the owners were warn, welcominhg, professional and overwhelmingly kind to us. We were treated like real guests in their home. It was a great location, secure, and just absolutel perfect on on every angle. We have already made our plans to include next year at Robb\'s. Thank you for making our trip really memorable! |

| Comments: Very helpful staff, exceptional breakfast and unbelievably clean. Bus station was very close.
Downsides: The wireless had a weak signal at the second floor. There are no nice places to eat nearby. There are places to eat, but they are not nice. |

| Comments: We stay at the cottage and it was wonderful! it had a kitchen in the sitting room and a bedroom. For the breakfast we went to the Main House and it is great! I love the Full Scotish Breakfast With egg, haggis, bacon, sausage, Baked beans, dough potato with orange juice, toast and cafe. Simply incredible!!! Perfect for Couples |

| Comments: Stayed for two nights in November 2007, very nice place, staff very helpful and friendly. Safe and secure parking at rear of property was a major plus.
It was a good 15-20 minute walk into Edinburgh Old Town where most of the attractions are but that wasn't really a problem. Would stay here again for sure, Thanks. |

| Comments: Location was great, a 3 minute walk to O'Connell street. There is a person at the desk 24hrs so its really safe. The only critisism is that people slam the doors at all hours of the night and you can really hear it as the walls are thin.
Great time though! |

| Comments: Although the type of accomodation was in adequation with expectations, we booked based on descriptions --text and photos-- from the website and expected for such a prize we paid, a higher level in accomodation (room fittings). |

| Comments: Buses to the City Center (Princess Street) leave every 15 min. Beware at night - buses just go every 45 min. or less frequent ! Apart from that it is a pretty good guest house in nice neighbourhood and the City Centre is as mentioned above quite easily accessible. |

| Comments: A great place to stay- very clean and cute, quaint. Excellent breakfast included daily. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The location is great, only about a 20 minute walk to Princes St and a quick bus ride on the 10 or 27 which pretty much stop outside the door. This place is quiet and definately hotel like so not for meeting people, but would definately stay here again when in Edinburgh. |

| Comments: The hosts certainly know how to put on spread for breakfast! The food was lovely. The bus was right oustide so getting to the heart of Edinburgh and the famous castle was easy. The hosts were happy to give advice on where to go and what to see. A very pleasant place. |

| Comments: It is a very cosy, nice and comfortable hostel. I really liked the decoration of the room my friend and I shared. Breakfast was very, very nice, I really enjoyed it. I loved the fact that the staff working in this hostel pay attention to every single detail. Thank you very much for making my stay in Edinburgh so nice, and the only thing I can add is that Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful cities I have visited so far...Thanks a lot!! |
