We really would like a better breakfast, with not so hardboiled eggs (they must have forgotten them in the hotwater to long every morning...) But the stuff in the receptionarea were great, h elpful and kind. The location was very good just round the corner for underground and 24 hours busses. I really recomend this hotell because for the price you pay you get a good hotell to stay in visiting London.

Would stay again, but not at the top of the list. Good location for metro stations, hostel-type food, etc. but out of the way for major attractions.

It was also located close to Paddingtion station which was easy to get to from the airport and the tube station was very helpful.

At night I could hear the people snoring in the other room. Obviously this can get annoying at night, if there are people staying up having conversations. Other than that a great, cheap, friendly place to stay.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, I had a good night and a continental breakfast but the room was close to a water heater and it woke up me sometimes during the night. My only complaint was the rather indifferent night front desk worker I had to deal with when the cleaning staff failed to provide our room with towels two nights in a row; this may sound trivial, but the cost would have been taken off my credit card if I had not reported it, I'm sure. There are (some pricey) excellent restaurants on nearby Queensway and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens just about 200 metres away. Queensway and Bayswater tube stations take you to the heart of London in minutes.

Their luggage room was full so we had to leave our stuff out in the lobby til we checked in which made us unhappy but the room was clean, the shower and bathroom were nice and it was centrally located in a nice part of london. Easy walk to kensington gardens and art galleries and museums, stay here if you want the art/educational side of london. The "double beds" were just 4 twin beds, not ideal for couples.

The rooms are tiny and and the bathroom...if u have overweight u won't be able to go inside, seriously. I've never seen any bathroom so cramped. Its quite clean but sometimes they forgot to let u the towels, for exemple. The staff its in general nice, some more than others... The breakfast its a joke. It's So incredibly stingy; coffe/te + toast+ butter and mermelade. I think its quite expensive for what for the quality of its equipment. If u're not very demanding its ok!
