The 'Finca La Luz', situated at only 20 km from the historical centre of Seville, is a typical andalusian country house with swimming pool (open year in, year out) and orchard.
We do speak ENGLISH.
Our finca is approved by the Junta de Andalucía and registered with the number CR/SE/00029. This means that the 'Finca La Luz' accomplishes with the many requirements put forward by the decree 20/2002 on Tourism in Rural Environment from the Andalusian Authority.
Our charming rural hotel disposes of 5 comfortable rooms and offers overnight stay with breakfast ('bed & breakfast'). Other meals are available on request.
The rooms have a capacity of 2, 3, 4 or 5 persons. All of them dispose of an individual bathroom and are equiped with air conditioning. The 3 double rooms can give access to an adjacent room, with capacity for 2 to 3 persons (price = 32,1 EU/night/2 persons). Bed-clothes, towels and soap are provided.
Prices include VAT and remain the same throughout the year, be it low or high season.
The kitchen guarantees high quality products from the house or the market. Breakfast*** is always included in the price and is taken in the common dining room. Dinner and supper can be served on demand. This is also the case for your special wishes (e.g. birthday celebrations, …).
A mini-bar is at the disposal of our guests.
The common living room disposes of a television.
Children will enjoy an apropriate infrastructure.
To park your car we offer covered private parking places.
Check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 10:pm; check-out time is at the latest at 11:00 am. To guarantee everyone's nightrest doors will remain closed from 1:00 am till 7:00 am.
