Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Hong Kong 3rd July 2007 Mixed Group 25-30 3/5 Comments: i love this place (flat J). we were 3 people (me, my hubby and my sister), coincidentally, there were 2 rooms (1 twin bed room and 1 single) for us in the flat. we could have our own private place, heheheh. the kitchen was lovely although we had a problem with getting hot water the 1st night. the staff sent someone to fix it the next day (because we found it out too late the 1st night). the washing machine was excellent too, with tumble try function. the nearest tube station is warwick avenue in zone 2, just 3-4 minutes walk. i really enjoyed staying there very much. strongly recommend to others who will stay in london for a few days.

Drawers in the freezer was broken and the door to the showerroom was hard to open.

At 2pm appartment was dirty, not cleaned bathroom and kitchen. Dirty towels and bed clothes. aftre claim we were moved to another apartment and everything was pretty good
